TOUCH OF FROSTING: Saturday night's wet snowfall still clings to the branches and boathouses along the Muskoka River two mornings later, on Monday, Nov. 17. The heavy snow downed branches causing power outages throughout Muskoka over the weekend and expected to last into Monday evening in some places.
